Thanks to its fleet of Strateo3D industrial machines, eMotion Tech supports companies in producing prototypes, functional parts, and small to medium series. Our solutions ensure reliability, precision, and repeatability for all your additive manufacturing projects.

Our equipment allows a high extrusion output of up to 2 kg of material per day, while maintaining optimal dimensional and surface quality. Each project is tailored according to:

We use a wide range of materials to meet every requirement:

PLA, ABS, PETG, PC, PC-ABS, Acetate, PA6-66, PEKK, ASA-X, TPU, TPC, BVOH, PVA, HIPS

Each material is selected based on the final application: mechanical, thermal, chemical, or aesthetic.

 

OUR MACHINE FLEET

Our machine fleet consists exclusively of Strateo3D 3D printers, designed and manufactured in France by eMotion Tech, based on fused filament fabrication (FFF) technology.

The Strateo3D DUAL600 Series 2 is dedicated to the production of large-format parts and series requiring high-temperature technical materials.

This configuration allows print jobs to be optimized according to your objectives :

Strateo3D IDEX420 : 
Optimized production and high throughput

The Strateo3D IDEX420 is specifically designed for series production thanks to its IDEX (Independent Dual Extruder) system, enabling the simultaneous printing of two identical or mirrored parts.

Nozzle diameters: 0.4 / 0.6 / 0.8 mm

This machine is ideal for :

  • Doubling production output
  • Ensuring excellent repeatability across part series
  • Producing clean dual-material prints without cross-contamination
