The parcels are generally shipped within 24h after reception of your paiment. The standard shipment method is the tracked Colissimo, delivered without signature. As soon as we get it, a tracking number will be given to you, in order to track your parcel.
The orders made before 12pm are shipped the same day (subject to availability). The orders made after 12pm will be shipped the next day.
The shipping fees include the packaging, the handling and the postal charges. They may contain a fixed and a variable part based on price and weight of your order. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.
Packages are oversized and protected.
